Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the RAVEN'S NEST training facility and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Training Participation

All participants must:

Be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian
Follow all safety instructions provided by RAVEN'S NEST instructors
Complete required safety briefings before participating in training
Acknowledge the inherent risks involved in simulation training

Liability Wriver

Participants acknowledge that training activities involve inherent risks. Black Raven Six and RAVEN'S NEST shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during training activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking confirmations are subject to availability. Cancellation policies:

Quick Run sessions: 24-hour notice required for full refund
Party bookings: 72-hour notice required for full refund
Memberships: Terms vary by membership tier

Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times. RAVEN'S NEST reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with facility rules or exhibits unsafe behavior.

Modifications

Black Raven Six reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
